Outreach is the Church in action, caring for the whole person by meeting practical and spiritual needs. Through food, clothing, essential resources, prayer, serving our unhoused neighbors, and community outreach, we love people right where they are. From our neighborhoods to the nations, we share the hope of Jesus and make His love visible.
Destiny Threads
Destiny Threads provides free clothing and practical essentials to individuals and families in our community with dignity, care, and compassion.
Heart of Hope Dinners
Each month, we bring hope and dignity to our unhoused neighbors through a beautifully served dinner, pop-up clothing boutique, haircuts, essentials, prayer, and the love of Jesus in partnership with The Gathering Inn.
Serve Days
There’s a place for everyone to serve! From House to Home projects and clothing outreaches to serving our unhoused neighbors, visiting seniors, praying for schools, neighborhood projects, and evangelism, Serve Days are an opportunity to meet practical needs, share the love of Jesus, and make a difference right where we live.
Community Events
Each year, we host large community outreaches designed to bless families and share the love of Jesus.
Backpack Giveaway
Helping students start the school year ready and confident with free backpacks, clothing, haircuts, food, family activities, and more.

Our Outreach Care team provides food, household essentials, care bags, and other practical resources for individuals and families in need.
Support may include:
Clothing & essentials, Groceries & food support, Furniture, Community Outreach Events, Prayer & Pastoral Care, Additional Community Resources
Our care doesn’t stop when an immediate need is met. We want to come alongside individuals and families with faith-filled encouragement, practical resources, and connections to additional support both within Destiny and throughout our community.
